Forest River Led Awning Lights Not Working

I have no power to get the trailer unhooked or dc power for lights but my battery is fully char.

I noticed one time when i turned them on they flashed for a second but did not come on. Awning will work from the pad. Flip it off and back on and then recheck the test panel. After 3 years my led awning lights have stopped working on my 2017 wildwood 27dbk.

Our 2016 forest river solera awning will not extend. Heard there maybe a fuseout but not sure where fuse is located. Then the led strip light circuit may have burned out and the light assembly may have to be replaced. Sounds like one of the copper strips has broken.

Just got it back home from an 8 month job using the rv. Power is fed to each led by copper strips imbedded one either edge of the strip. We have the same trailer and those led lights are hard wired not remote controlled. Replacing and installing rv awning led light strip easy installupdate 7 1 18 we just reinstalled this yesterday with a much more weather resistant strip.

If still not working you ll need to locate the power converter and make sure it s plugged into it s outlet. There s a dedicated circuit breaker for the power converter. You will need to have the voltage signals tested to the strip lights to verify that this is the cause and if found to be the cause it can be replaced from there as a complete strip assembly. I bought a replacement off amazon for about 7 00 it works great.

If all fuses are found to be o k. My walk through was not the greatest and i don t see anything in the manual about the lights. I can never remember which switch controls them just trial and error but there is a switch either on the main switch panel or on one of those panels between the tv. Awning and overhead not working moving 2016 thor ace 29 4 was reading on line after extending my awning all the way out then i could not retract it at all.

The lights are in a flat flexible plastic housing kind of like tape. On many rigs it s located behind the rear wall of the pass through basement storage. I ve checked all fuses including the 2 amp in line fuse that is in the wall under the access at the rear of the camper.
